ABOUT ME
Narelle (Nez) Sinclair
Holistic Rehabilitation Specialist
I am passionate about observing and studying the movement of the human body and am naturally drawn to helping people live their lives to their full physical potential.
Having had my own experience with an acute back injury, and subsequent chronic low back pain, I understand first-hand the frustrations of not being able to do what you love due to a chronic condition.
That very frustration, combined with not finding a service provider that would assess, test, and provide a holistic individual treatment plan, fueled my passion in providing gold standard assessments and treatments along with a desire to do everything possible for my patients to overcome injury, reduce symptoms of a chronic condition and increase their quality of life.
A Personal Understanding. A Professional Commitment.
At Sinclair Therapeutic Services, I believe that supporting women's health requires more than knowledge and qualifications alone. It also requires understanding, empathy and an appreciation of the individual experiences that shape each woman's journey. As a woman in my late 50s who has experienced menopause firsthand, I understand that this stage of life can bring changes to our bodies, our physical capabilities, our priorities and the way we feel about ourselves. It can also be an opportunity to reassess our health, reconnect with our strengths and embrace a new chapter with confidence.
My professional qualifications and experience provide the foundation for the care I offer. My own life experience adds another dimension: a genuine appreciation of the challenges women may face and the importance of feeling heard, understood and supported. My approach is holistic and individualised, recognising the connection between physical health, movement, strength, wellbeing and quality of life. Whether you are navigating menopause, managing musculoskeletal concerns, returning to exercise or simply wanting to feel stronger and more confident in your body, my aim is to work alongside you to identify your needs and support your goals. You deserve care that recognises you as a whole person, not simply a collection of symptoms.
At Sinclair Therapeutic Services, my commitment is to help women feel informed, empowered and supported as they move through every stage of life—with greater confidence in their bodies and optimism for the years ahead.
OUR APPROACH
At sTs I am not simply treating an isolated muscle, managing an injury or prescribing an exercise program. My approach brings together physical rehabilitation, movement, health education, fitness and coaching to support women throughout their lives.
The Four Interconnected Pillars:
1/ Rehabilitation & Physical Function.
Musculoskeletal rehabilitation, remedial rehabilitation, movement limitations, recovery and return to activity. Our assessment and treatment techniques are based on scientific evidence and proven practice, through extensive clinical testing, and applied clinical reasoning.
2/ Women's Health Focus Across the Lifespan.
Individualised support for girls and women, including appropriate menopause related management, strength and wellbeing support. I ensure that once the treatment plan is complete the patient has the knowledge, understanding, and the correct tools to be able to maintain their own health and wellbeing.
3/ Fitness, Strength & Performance.
Exercise guidance, fitness coaching, physical confidence & supporting active women and athletes. Exercise prescription is a crucial element of any sTs treatment plan. Our dedicated gym allows us to observe and correct movement patterns and teach individual exercise as appropriate.
4/ Healthy Aging & Longevity.
Maintaining mobility, strength, physical capacity and independence, with a focus on sustainable habits and quality of life. Along with individualised programs, sTs offers weekly specialised group fitness classes for the senior community at the Briagolong Mechanics' Institute.
In addition, I work hard to develop and maintain close relationships with local Doctors, Specialists, and other health care providers to ensure a collaborative approach to your recovery, as I place your individual needs above all else.
